Olivier Aumaitre has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997.
After practising at Lefevre Pelletier & Associes (1997-2010) and as a partner at Kahn & Associes (2010-2015), he founded his own firm.
He mainly practises business law, particularly in complex commercial and financial litigation.
Since 2010, he has devoted a significant part of his professional activity to defending women around the world, in Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America, who were victims of the PIP breast implant scandal, of which he is one of the leading figures.
In this capacity, he initiated legal proceedings in France that paved the way for compensation for thousands of plaintiffs, brought together in what has become, due to its complexity, international dimension and the number of women involved, the largest class action ever seen.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Law (University of Leiden, Netherlands) and a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in Business Law and Taxation (Panthéon-Assas University, France).
He is bilingual in French and English.
