Presentation
Olivier Aumaitre has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997.
After practising at Lefevre Pelletier & Associes (1997-2010) and as a partner at Kahn & Associes (2010-2015), he founded his own firm.
He mainly practises business law, particularly in complex commercial and financial litigation.
Since 2010, he has devoted a significant part of his professional activity to defending women around the world, in Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America, who were victims of the PIP breast implant scandal, of which he is one of the leading figures.
In this capacity, he initiated legal proceedings in France that paved the way for compensation for thousands of plaintiffs, brought together in what has become, due to its complexity, international dimension and the number of women involved, the largest class action ever seen.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Law (University of Leiden, Netherlands) and a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in Business Law and Taxation (Panthéon-Assas University, France).
He is bilingual in French and English.

Health & Group Action
Since 2010, we have been representing thousands of women around the world who were victims of the PIP breast implant scandal in French and European courts.
We initiated the legal proceedings that paved the way for compensation for the victims.
PIP implant case

A leading figure in this global health scandal, Olivier Aumaître, a lawyer at the Paris Bar, has been representing women from
around the world who were victims of the PIP breast implant scandal since 2010.
He initiated legal action in 2010 against the TÛV RHEINLAND group, the certifier of PIP implants, whose liability has now been acknowledged by the French courts, paving the way for compensation for thousands of victims around the world who have joined his action via his PIPA (PIP world victims Avocats) platform.
In this case, which has received significant media coverage, he is acting as the leader of a group of international lawyers, united under the PIPA banner.
